1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We accept refund or replacement requests only when you provide a clear parcel opening video.

Your parcel opening video must:

  • Start before you open the sealed package
  • Show the full unboxing process clearly
  • Show the product condition, packaging, and any issues
  • Be unedited and recorded in proper lighting

Without a parcel opening video, we cannot process refund or replacement claims.

2. When You Can Request a Replacement or Refund

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong product
  • Items are missing from the parcel
  • The product is not as described

A valid parcel opening video is required in all cases.

3. Replacement Process

If your claim is approved:

  • We will send a new replacement product at no extra cost
  • Tracking details will be shared once shipped

4. Refund Process

If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement:

  • We will issue a full or partial refund depending on the situation
  • Refunds are processed via your original payment method or a method agreed with support
  • Processing times may vary depending on payment providers

5. Cases Where Refund/Replacement Cannot Be Provided

We cannot process refund or replacement if:

  • You do not provide a parcel opening video
  • Damage occurred after the product was opened and used
  • The product was bought during a clearance sale (unless damaged on arrival)
  • The request is made after the allowed timeframe (usually within 24–48 hours of delivery)
